• President Duterte addresses the nation anew. Gov’t stations air his taped speech, vows to concentrate last two years of his term in the fight vs corruption

• Duterte: Hindi po ako naniniwala na wala akong magawa, may magawa ako. With the cabinet members, we can come up with a strong stand vs corruption. Eradication may be a part of that.

• Duterte discusses Philhealth issue anew: Let me remind everybody in the government, resignation will not save your neck.

• Duterte: This is my 2nd call for a fight vs corruption. Yung TF nabuo ko, puro abogado un... This time, to focus corruption on DPWH.

• Duterte: Let me state that I have nothing vs Sec. Villar, he has many accomplishments. But accomplishments alone will not suffice.

• Duterte: I will order new suspensions. Itong presidency, hindi inutile ito. Kung inutile ito, umalis na ako doon

• Duterte: The Office of the President will be involved in  eradication vs corruption

• Duterte: In the next few days, may suspend pa ako mga empleyado

• Duterte: One of my proposals during the campaign period is the creation of overseas Filipinos. I will also create another agency for maritime or sea farers because of so many international laws involved here.

• Duterte directs Sec. Bello to look into matter: Bring them home, no Filipino should be left stranded like a person with no nationality

• Duterte: On All Saints/All Souls’ Day, no liquor and no guns. We expect a peaceful celebration of All Saints and All Souls’ Day

• Duterte on vaccines: Let me tell everybody, hindi kami maghingi. We will pay. Maganda sana gov't to gov't transaction. Walang corruption. I am offering China, kasi meron na sila.

• Duterte says he has never signed any contract with government. Transactions begins and ends with Sec. Galvez. Health transactions begins and ends with Sec. Duque. But mind you, Sec. Duque is not involved in PhilHealth.

• Duterte: Si Duque, walang nanakaw kung pera ang pinaguusapan... maybe, some other things, pero pera wala.

• Duterte on China and Russia: All options are in the table. Since we are going to pay, I release it to Sonny (Galvez).

• Duterte issues memorandum to Sec. Guevarra: The DOJ is directed to investigate allegations of corruption in the entire government. Lahat!

• Duterte: DOJ shall prosecute all those involved in anomalies. The power and authority of DOJ to investigate shall not in any way diminish with this directive... this is effective until 2022, pag alis ko.
