Manila Philippines- The voluminous file on the criminal case filed against former PhilHealth chief Ricardo Morales and four others for alleged malversation and graft in the controversial Interim Reimbursement Mechanism which released cash advance to hospitals to help address #COVID19.
Task Force PhilHealth, the National Bureau of Investigation, Department of Justice, and the Ombudsman have yet to release details about the complaint but the task force earlier said they found basis to charge Morales and others for releasing funds before the IRM circular took effect and for lack of sufficient guidelines and monitoring.
