On Monday, the DFA reports no new fatality from COVID-19 among our nationals abroad. Meanwhile, 51 new confirmed cases and 44 new recoveries were recorded in the Americas, Asia and the Pacific, Europe and the Middle East and Africa.
The DFA, together with its Foreign Service Posts, continues to partner with host governments to ensure the safety and well-being of Filipino nationals abroad amidst the pandemic.

Noong 4 PM kahapon, Nobyembre 09, 2020, ang Department of Health ay nakapagtala ng 2,058 na karagdagang kaso ng COVID-19. Samantala ay mayroon namang naitalang 182 na gumaling at 108 na pumanaw.
Sa kabuuang bilang ng mga naitalang kaso sa bansa, 7.3% (29,018) ang aktibong kaso, 90.8% (361,784) na ang gumaling, at 1.92% (7,647) ang namatay.

Note : We have not flattened the curve. We are having surges now after on many days with downward trajectory.

DOH reports 2,058 new cases today, the 4th straight day of more than 2,000 daily cases. This brings the total to 398,449 cases with 29,018 active.

LOOK. DOH Central Visayas Center for Health Development (DOH CVCHD) COVID-19 Case Bulletin #144
As of Monday, November 9, 2020, DOH CVCHD reports the total number of COVID-19 cases at 22,7450.
DOH CVCHD also recorded 59 recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 20,546.

DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH EASTERN VISAYAS COVID-19 UPDATE
NEWS UPDATE
48 NEW COVID-19 CASES AND 121 RECOVERIES RECORDED ON MONDAY
As of 7PM on Monday, November 9, 2020, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 7,365, total recoveries at 6,784 (92.11%), and total deaths at 71 (0.96%). This brings the total active cases to 510 (6.92%).
A total of 48 new cases were recorded out of 517 laboratory samples tested in two (2) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC and DWHVL.
The EVRCTC has released a total of 434 laboratory results. Of these, 402 are negative and 32 are positive for COVID-19.
Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 83 laboratory results. Of these, 67 are negative and 16 are positive for COVID-19.
The 48 new confirmed cases are from the following provinces/cities/municipalities:
