On this first day of December, the DFA reports 16 new confirmed COVID-19 cases and 42 new recoveries in Asia and the Pacific and Europe. Meanwhile, no new COVID-19 fatality was reported.
To date, the Middle East and Africa remains to be the region with the most number of confirmed COVID-19 cases, recoveries, under treatment, and fatalities among our nationals. The Americas has the least numbers in all categories compared to other geographic regions, except in the total number of deaths, wherein Asia and the Pacific ranks lowest with a total of only 9.

2. Philippine National Police
UPDATE: As of 6:00PM of December 01, 2020, the PNP Health Service recorded 23 new recoveries today bringing the total number of personnel who recovered from COVID-19 to 7,745
The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the PNP organization is 8,190 with 419 active cases and 26 deaths.

3. Department of Health Headquarters
DOH reports 1,298 new cases today, the lowest in nearly a week. This brings the total to 432,925 cases with 25,725 active.
27 new deaths, 8,418 total
135 new recoveries, 398,782 total
Ilocos Norte registered the highest number of new cases today.
Ngayong 4 PM, Disyembre 1, 2020, ang Department of Health ay nakapagtala ng 1,298 na karagdagang kaso ng COVID-19. Samantala ay mayroon namang naitalang 135 na gumaling at 27 na pumanaw.
Sa kabuuang bilang ng mga naitalang kaso sa bansa, 5.9% (25,725) ang aktibong kaso, 92.1% (398,782) na ang gumaling, at 1.94% (8,418) ang namatay.

As of Tuesday, December 1, 2020, DOH CVCHD reports the total number of COVID-19 cases at 24,186.
DOH CVCHD also recorded 123 recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 21,718.

6. Department of Health Eastern Visayas
47 NEW COVID-19 CASES AND 71 RECOVERIES RECORDED ON TUESDAY
As of 7PM Tuesday, December 1, 2020, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 8,783, total recoveries at 8,133 (92.69%), and total deaths at 90 (1.02%). This brings the total active cases to 560 (6.38%).
A total of 47 new cases were recorded out of 1,049 laboratory samples tested in two (2) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC and DWHVL.
The EVRCTC has released a total of 899 laboratory results. Of these, 863 are negative, one (1) invalid and 35 are positive for COVID-19.
Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 150 laboratory results. Of these, 137 are negative and 13 are positive for COVID-19 (with 12 new cases and 1 reswab).
The 47 new cases are from the following provinces/cities/municipalities:

One (1) case previously tagged as a new case was reclassified as a reswab upon verification. Hence, the adjustment of our total case count.
