1. Department of Foreign Affairs PH
03 December 2020
On December 3, the DFA received reports from countries in the Americas, Asia and the Pacific, and Europe clarifying that 72 of the previously confirmed COVID-19 cases were not of Filipino nationalities. Moreover, one previously confirmed death in Europe has been corrected.
This brings the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases and recoveries across to 11,649 and 7,545, respectively.
The DFA shall continue to keep track of the status of overseas Filipinos and stands ready to assist and facilitate repatriations, whenever possible.

2. Philippine National Police
UPDATE: As of 6:00PM of December 03, 2020, the PNP Health Service recorded 38 new recoveries today bringing the total number of personnel who recovered from COVID-19 to 7,811
The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the PNP organization is 8,245 with 407 active cases and 27 deaths.

3. Department of Health PH Headquarters
DOH reports 1,061 new cases yesterday, the lowest in nearly a month (since November 4). 13 labs were not able to submit data.
DOH also announces 10 deaths, the lowest reported since November 16.
Ngayong 4 PM, Disyembre 3, 2020, ang Department of Health ay nakapagtala ng 1,061 na karagdagang kaso ng COVID-19. Samantala ay mayroon namang naitalang 328 na gumaling at 10 na pumanaw.
Sa kabuuang bilang ng mga naitalang kaso sa bansa, 6.3% (27,642) ang aktibong kaso, 91.7% (399,325) na ang gumaling, at 1.94% (8,446) ang namatay.

4. Department of Health Central Visayas
As of Thursday, December 3, 2020, DOH CVCHD reports the total number of COVID-19 cases at 24,240
DOH CVCHD also recorded 52 recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 21,923.

6. Department of Health Eastern Visayas
42 NEW COVID-19 CASES, TWO (2) DEATHS AND 23 RECOVERIES RECORDED TODAY
As of 7PM today, December 3 , 2020, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 8,881, total recoveries at 8,195 (92.28%) and total deaths at 94 (1.06%). This brings the total active cases to 592 (6.67%).
A total of 42 new cases were recorded out of 585 laboratory samples tested in two (2) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC and DWHVL.
The EVRCTC has released a total of 394 laboratory results. Of these, 380 are negative and 14 are positive for COVID-19.
Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 191 laboratory results. Of these, 162 are negative and 29 are positive for COVID-19 (with 28 new cases and 1 reinfection).
The 42 new cases are from the following provinces/cities/municipalities:

On the other hand, the two (2) new COVID-19 deaths recorded today are as follows:
38/M, from Balangiga, Eastern Samar who died on December 1, 2020
78/F, from Catbalogan City who died on November 30, 2020
Other details will be provided by the concerned LGU.
One (1) case previously tagged as a new case was reclassified as a reswab upon verification. Hence, the adjustment of our total case count.
