The DFA reports 21 new confirmed cases in Asia and the Pacific and Europe. Meanwhile, 14 new recoveries and no new fatalities were recorded.

2. PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE
The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the PNP organization is 8,266 with 394 active cases and 27 deaths.

3. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH PH HEADQUARTERS
DOH reports 934 new cases on Friday. This marks the fourth straight day of less than 1,500 daily cases.
This brings the total to 436,345 cases with 28,379 active.
63 new deaths, 8,509 total

Ngayong 4 PM, Disyembre 4, 2020, ang Department of Health ay nakapagtala ng 934 na karagdagang kaso ng COVID-19. Samantala ay mayroon namang naitalang 148 na gumaling at 63 na pumanaw.
Sa kabuuang bilang ng mga naitalang kaso sa bansa, 6.5% (28,379) ang aktibong kaso, 91.5% (399,457) na ang gumaling, at 1.95% (8,509) ang namatay.

4. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CENTRAL VISAYAS
As of today, December 4, 2020, DOH CVCHD reports the total number of COVID-19 cases at 24,264
DOH CVCHD also recorded 24 recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 21,947.

6. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH EASTERN VISAYAS
JUST IN:
69 NEW COVID-19 CASES, ONE (1) DEATH AND 72 RECOVERIES RECORDED ON FRIDAY
As of 7PM Friday, December 4 , 2020, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 8,949, total recoveries at 8,267 (92.38%), and total deaths at 95 (1.06%). This brings the total active cases to 587 (6.56%).
A total of 69 new cases were recorded out of 1,063 laboratory samples tested from the three (3) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC, DWHVL, and Ormoc Molecular Diagnostic Center.
The EVRCTC has released a total of 556 laboratory results. Of these, 499 are negative and 57 are positive for COVID-19 (with 54 new cases, 1 reinfection and 2 reswabs).
Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 468 laboratory results. Of these, 451 are negative and 17 are positive for COVID-19 (with 14 new cases, 1 reinfection and 2 reswabs).
The newly operated Ormoc Molecular Molecular Diagnostic Center has released a total of 39 laboratory results with one (1) positive and 38 negatives.

One (1) case previously tagged as new case was reclassified as reswab upon verification. Hence, the adjustment of our total case count.
