Manila, Philippines - The Department of Health said on Tuesday that they had reported the highest rise of CoronaVirus infections within a single day at 1,150.
These positive cases are divided in two which 789 are fresh cases with 288 reported from Region 7, 207 from the National Capital Region (NCR) and 294 from other parts of the Country. The Late cases are at 361 of which 110 are from NCR, 32 from Region 7 and 219 from others.
The agency also reported 9 new deaths adding to the number of fatalities related to CoViD-19 in the Philippines at 1,186. The agency also reported 299 new recoveries adding to the number of those who have been tested negative in their recent RT-PCR tests at 8,442.
The number of laboratories for RT-PCR testing is at 59 with 43 in operation, DOH said.
Of the 9 reported deaths, 7 (78%) occurred in June (June 01-17, 2020). Five duplicates and two negatives were also removed from total case count. The total cases reported may be subject to change as these numbers undergo constant cleaning and validation, DOH Added.

3,121 and 39.86 % have been occupied.
Isolation Beds:
9,142 and 34.69% have been occupied
Intensive Care Unit Beds:
1,332 and 34.83% have been occupied
Beds With Ventilators:
1,965 and 22.04% have been occupied
TESTING FACILITIES FOR COVID-19
The number of testing laboratories across the country are at 59 with 43 out of 59 are in operational.

TEMPORARY TREATMENT AND MONITORING FACILITIES
There are about 53,313 total beds inside Ligtas CoViD Facilities and there are about 3,193 inside MEGA Ligtas CoViD Facilities.
The Department of Health said that they will continue to update on the current situation of the CoronaVirus pandemic in the Philippines.
