DFA: 23 Infections Recorded Among Filipinos Abroad Anew

Manila, Philippines -  The Department of Foreign Affairs said on Wednesday, June 24 that they had reported about 27 new cases among Filipinos abroad from 3 countries from Asia and the Pacific that have reported their tally on their CoViD-19 infected Filipino Nationals. Totalling the CoViD-19 cases among Filipinos abroad at 8,351.
The agency said that they have received reports that 4 Filipino Nationals died due to the disease from Asia and the Pacific. This totals the number of fatalities at 512.
15 new recoveries have also been reported in the Asia Pacific region totalling the number of CoViD-19 recoveries among Filipinos abroad at 5,072. And according to the report, the number of Countries with confirmed CoViD-19 cases among Filipino Nationals at 56.
The DFA, through its Foreign Service Posts, continues to monitor the status of our nationals and strives to assist returning Filipinos affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, whenever possible, DFA Said
