LOOK: DOH COVID-19 CASE BULLETIN #191
As of 4PM today, September 21, 2020, the Department of Health reports
the total number of COVID-19 cases at 290,190, after 3,475 cases newly-confirmed cases were added to the list of COVID-19 patients.
DOH likewise announces 400 recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 230,233.
Note: Of the 3,475 reported cases today, 2,648 (76%) occurred within the recent 14 days (September 8 - September 21, 2020). The top regions with cases in the recent two weeks were NCR (1,182 or 45%), Region 4A (560 or 21%) and Region 3 (246 or 9%).
Of the 15 deaths, 8 occurred in September (53%), 6 in August (40%) and 1 in April (7%). Deaths were from NCR (9 or 60%), Region 6 (3 or 20%), Region 4A (2 or 13%), and Region 8 (1 or 7%).
28 duplicates were removed from the total case count. Of these, 19 were recovered cases.
Moreover, 13 cases previously reported as recovered were reclassified as death (12) and active (1) cases after final validation.
9 labs were not able to submit their data to the COVID-19 Data Repository System (CDRS) on September 20, 2020. These labs are:

2. Davao One World Diagnostic Center Incorporated
3. Dr. Jorge P. Royeca Hospital
4. Kaiser Medical Center Inc.
5. Southern Philippines Medical Center
6. Taguig City Molecular Laboratory
7. Teresita Jalandoni Provincial Hospital
8. University of Perpetual Help System Dalta
9. Valenzuela Hope Molecular Laboratory
These numbers undergo constant cleaning and validation.
