Manila, Philippines - The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines has released the list of airports with clearance from their respective Local Government Units to resume commercial flights as of 23 June 2020
As of Tuesday, 23 June, there are 27 airports in the country whose Local Government Units (LGUs) have issued orders categorically supporting the resumption* of commercial airport operations in their areas of jurisdiction, CAAP said.
Meanwhile, 6 airports are set to start accepting commercial flights on later dates, CAAP added.
*Some airports, while allowing the resumption of commercial flights, are subject to different documentary and passenger LGU restrictions.
