UPDATE| A professor from Wuhan China has already been discharged from the hospital in Tacloban City after the 14-day incubation period with no symptoms of the 2019 #NCoV-ARD.
The man is 36 year old and walked out from the hospital at around 3:00 pm today.
Meanwhile, as of writing, cases of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus Acute Respiratory Disease continues to rise with an number of individuals infected are 11,374 with most came from Mainland China.
