Figures today show 1 new confirmed COVID-19 case, 1 new recovery, and no new fatality among Filipinos abroad. Meanwhile, there are 57 new IHR verified cases recorded since yesterday.
The DFA, together with its Foreign Service Posts, remains fully committed to monitoring and assisting our nationals abroad amidst this ongoing battle against the COVID-19 pandemic.

On this last day of the year, the DFA received no new COVID-19 reports among Filipinos abroad. The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases and recoveries remains at 12,876 and 8,387, respectively.
The DFA shall continue to keep track of the status of overseas Filipinos, assist and facilitate repatriations, whenever possible, and promote measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

UPDATE: As of 6:00PM of December 30, 2020, the PNP Health Service recorded 12 new recoveries today bringing the total number of personnel who recovered from COVID-19 to 8,612
The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the PNP organization is 8,985 with 346 active cases and 27 deaths.

Ngayong 4 PM, Disyembre 30, 2020, ang Department of Health ay nakapagtala ng 1,014 na karagdagang kaso ng COVID-19. Samantala ay mayroon namang naitalang 518 na gumaling at 68 na pumanaw.
Sa kabuuang bilang ng mga naitalang kaso sa bansa, 5.0% (23,793) ang aktibong kaso, 93.0% (439,509) na ang gumaling, at 1.95% (9,230) ang namatay.

Ngayong 4 PM, Disyembre 31, 2020, ang Department of Health ay nakapagtala ng 1,541 na karagdagang kaso ng COVID-19. Samantala ay mayroon namang naitalang 296 na gumaling at 14 na pumanaw.
Sa kabuuang bilang ng mga naitalang kaso sa bansa, 5.3% (25,024) ang aktibong kaso, 92.8% (439,796) na ang gumaling, at 1.95% (9,244) ang namatay.

Sa kabuuang bilang ng mga naitalang kaso sa bansa, 5.6% (26,677) ang aktibong kaso, 92.4% (439,895) na ang gumaling, at 1.94% (9,248) ang namatay.

As of today, December 30, 2020, DOH CVCHD reports the total number of COVID-19 cases at 24,934.
DOH CVCHD also recorded 6 recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 22,887.

As of today, January 1, 2021, DOH CVCHD reports the total number of COVID-19 cases at 25,008.
DOH CVCHD also recorded 0 recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 22,895.

205 NEW COVID-19 CASES AND 34 RECOVERIES RECORDED TODAY
As of 8AM today, December 30, 2020, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 11,147, total recoveries at 10,059 (90.24%), and total deaths at 125 (1.12%). This brings the total active cases to 963 (8.64%).
A total of 205 new cases were recorded out of 1,329 laboratory samples tested in the three (3) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC, DWHVL, and the Ormoc Molecular Diagnostic Center.
The EVRCTC has released a total of 1,056 laboratory results. Of these, 861 are negative and 195 are positive for COVID-19 (with 194 new cases and 1 reinfection).
Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 255 laboratory results. Of these, 248 are negative and 7 are positive for COVID-19 (with 5 new cases and 2 reswabs).
The Ormoc Molecular Diagnostic Center has released also a total of 18 laboratory results with 6 positives and 12 negatives.

146 NEW COVID-19 CASES, 4 DEATHS, AND 140 RECOVERIES RECORDED TODAY
As of 9AM today, December 31, 2020, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 11,292, total recoveries at 10,199 (90.32%), and total deaths at 129 (1.14%). This brings the total active cases to 964 (8.54%).
A total of 146 new cases were recorded out of 1,213 laboratory samples tested in the two (2) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC and DWHVL.
The EVRCTC has released a total of 829 laboratory results. Of these, 703 are negative, 2 invalids and 124 are positive for COVID-19 (with 122 new cases, 1 reswab, and 1 reinfection).
Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 384 laboratory results. Of these, 357 are negative and 27 are positive for COVID-19 (with 24 new cases and 3 reswabs).

104 NEW COVID-19 CASES, TWO (2) DEATHS, AND 297 RECOVERIES RECORDED TODAY
As of 8AM today, January 1 , 2021, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 11,396, total recoveries at 10,496 (92.10%), and total deaths at 131 (1.15%). This brings the total active cases to 769 (6.75%).
A total of 104 new cases were recorded out of 869 laboratory samples tested in the three (3) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC, DWHVL, and the Ormoc Molecular Diagnostic Center.
The EVRCTC has released a total of 578 laboratory results. Of these, 506 are negative and 72 are positive for COVID-19 (with 70 new cases, 1 reswab, and 1 reinfection).
Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 261 laboratory results. Of these, 227 are negative and 34 are positive for COVID-19 (with 24 new cases and 10 reswabs).
The Ormoc Molecular Diagnostic Center has also released a total of 30 laboratory results with 10 positives and 20 negatives.

Today, the DFA received reports in Asia and the Pacific confirming 15 new COVID-19 cases, no new recovery, and no new fatality. Meanwhile, there are 13 new IHR verified cases in Asia and the Pacific and Middle East and Africa.
Compared to last week’s percentages, the total number of COVID-19 recoveries saw a slight increase to 65.06%, a slight decrease in fatalities to 7.07%, while those under treatment remained at 27.87%.

24 NEW COVID-19 CASES AND 145 RECOVERIES RECORDED TODAY
As of 9AM today, January 2, 2021, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 11,415, total recoveries at 10,641 (93.22%), and total deaths at 131 (1.15%). This brings the total active cases to 643 (5.63%).
A total of 24 new cases were recorded out of 145 laboratory samples tested in the two (2) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC and the DWHVL.
The EVRCTC has released a total of 54 laboratory results. Of these, 38 are negative and 16 are positive for COVID-19 (with 11 new cases, 4 reswabs, 1 and reinfection).
Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 91 laboratory results. Of these, 78 are negative and 13 are positive for COVID-19.
