The DFA reports an increase in the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases, with 73 new cases in Asia and the Pacific and Europe. Meanwhile, 2 new fatalities and 1 new recovery were recorded in Asia and the Pacific and the Middle East.
The reported increase is due to belated reports owing to privacy concerns in one country in Europe.
The DFA personnel in our Foreign Service Posts remain steadfast in partnering with local health authorities and agencies to ensure Filipinos' awareness of and adherence to preventive measures against the COVID-19 pandemic, and commit to tirelessly attending to the needs of our people affected by this pandemic, whenever possible.

2. PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE
UPDATE: As of 6:00PM of November 27,2020, the PNP Health Service recorded 36 new recoveries today bringing the total number of personnel who recovered from COVID-19 to 7,637.
The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the PNP organization is 8,045 with 382 active cases and 26 deaths.

3. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH - MANILA
Silver linings. Keep safe !
After three straight days of less than 1,500 cases, DOH reports 1,631 new cases today.
This is now the 18th consecutive day of less than 2,000 daily cases, raising the the total to 425,918 cases with 30,047 active.
46 new deaths, 8,255 total
370 new recoveries, 387,616 total
Noong Biyernes 4 PM, Nobyembre 27, 2020, ang Department of Health ay nakapagtala ng 1,631 na karagdagang kaso ng COVID-19. Samantala ay mayroon namang naitalang 370 na gumaling at 46 na pumanaw.
Sa kabuuang bilang ng mga naitalang kaso sa bansa, 7.1% (30,047) ang aktibong kaso, 91.0% (387,616) na ang gumaling, at 1.94% (8,255) ang namatay.

As of Friday, November 27, 2020, DOH CVCHD reports the total number of COVID-19 cases at 24,005.
DOH CVCHD also recorded 44 recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 21,481.

5. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH EASTERN VISAYAS
72 NEW COVID-19 CASES AND 47 RECOVERIES RECORDED ON FRIDAY
As of 7PM Friday, November 27, 2020, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 8,590, total recoveries at 7,871 (91.63%), and total deaths at 88 (1.02%). This brings the total active cases to 631 (7.35%).
A total of 72 new cases were recorded out of 577 laboratory samples tested in two (2) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC and DWHVL.
The EVRCTC has released a total of 387 laboratory results. Of these, 329 are negative and 58 are positive for COVID-19 (with 57 new cases and 1 reswab).
Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 190 laboratory results. Of these, 175 are negative and 15 are positive for COVID-19.
The 72 new cases are from the following provinces/cities/municipalities:
