NEWS UPDATE

JUST IN:

8 NEW COVID-19 CASES AND  43 RECOVERIES RECORDED ON SUNDAY

 

As of 7PM yesterday, November 22, 2020, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 8,282, total recoveries at 7,586 (91.60%) and total deaths at 82 (0.99%). This brings the total active cases to 614 (7.41%).

The DWHVL has released a total of 181 laboratory results. Of these, 165 are negative and 16 are positive for COVID-19 (with 8 new cases and 8 reswabs).

The 8 new cases are  from the following provinces/cities/municipalities: 

TACLOBAN CITY (1)

LEYTE (7)

   Baybay - 1

   Dagami - 1

   Palompon - 1

   San Miguel - 1

   Tanauan - 3

Other details will be provided by the concerned LGU.
