NEWS UPDATE

1. Department of Foreign Affairs PH
30 November 2020

On the last day of November, the DFA reports no new recoveries from COVID-19 among our nationals abroad. Meanwhile, 16 new confirmed cases and 2 new fatalities were recorded in Europe and in the Middle East and Africa.

The DFA, together with its Foreign Service Posts, continues to partner with host governments to ensure the safety and well-being of Filipino nationals abroad amid the pandemic.

2. Philippine National Police
UPDATE: As of 6:00PM of November 30, 2020, the PNP Health Service recorded 23 new recoveries today bringing the total number of personnel who recovered from COVID-19 to 7,723.
The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the PNP organization is 8,136 with 387 active cases and 26 deaths.

3. Department of Health Headquarters
DOH reports 1,773 new cases on Sunday as 11 labs were not able to submit data.

This brings the total to 431,630 cases with 24,580 active.

19 new deaths, 8,392 total
44 new recoveries, 398,658 total

No NCR city in the Top 5 areas in terms of new cases today.

Ngayong 4 PM, Nobyembre 30, 2020, ang Department of Health ay nakapagtala ng 1,773 na karagdagang kaso ng COVID-19. Samantala ay mayroon namang naitalang 44 na gumaling at 19 na pumanaw.

Sa kabuuang bilang ng mga naitalang kaso sa bansa, 5.7% (24,580) ang aktibong kaso, 92.4% (398,658) na ang gumaling, at 1.94% (8,392) ang namatay.

As of today, November 30, 2020, DOH CVCHD reports the total number of COVID-19 cases at 24,150.

DOH CVCHD also recorded 14 recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 21,595.

5. Department of Health Eastern Visayas
JUST IN:

12 NEW COVID-19 CASES, ONE (1) DEATH AND 65 RECOVERIES RECORDED TODAY
 
As of 7PM today, November 30, 2020, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 8,737, total recoveries at 8,062 (92.27%), and total deaths at 90 (1.03%). This brings the total active cases to 585 (6.70%).

A total of 12 new cases were recorded out of 311 laboratory samples tested in two (2) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC and DWHVL.

The EVRCTC has released a total of 185 laboratory results. Of these, 180 are negative and 5 are positive for COVID-19.

Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 126 laboratory results. Of these, 119 are negative and 7 are positive for COVID-19.

The 12 new cases are from the following provinces/cities/municipalities:

1. Department of Foreign Affairs PH
29 November 2020

Today, the DFA received reports on 11 new confirmed COVID-19 cases, 9 new fatalities, and no new recoveries among Filipinos in the Americas and Asia and the Pacific. Meanwhile, there are 4 new DOH-IHR verified cases from Asia and the Pacific and the Middle East and Africa.

To date, the total number of confirmed cases is at 11,676; total fatalities at 845; total recoveries at 7,497; and total DOH IHR verified cases at 2,681.

The DFA remains fully committed to monitoring the situation of overseas Filipinos who are affected by the pandemic and remains steadfast in promoting and protecting their welfare.

2.  Philippine National Police
UPDATE: As of 6:00PM of November 29, 2020, the PNP Health Service recorded 38 new recoveries today bringing the total number of personnel who recovered from COVID-19 to 7,707.
The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the PNP organization is 8,103 with 370 active cases and 26 deaths.

News update
1. 2,076 new cases on Sunday, the highest in the last 3 weeks (since November 8) ‼️

2. 22,867 active cases are the lowest in 4 months (since July 30) ✅

5. Quezon City registered the highest number of cases.

As of 7PM today, November 29, 2020, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 8,725, total recoveries at 7,997 (91.66%), and total deaths at 89 (1.02%). This brings the total active cases to 639 (7.32%).

The DWHVL has released a total of 295 laboratory results. Of these, 257 are negative and 38 are positive for COVID-19 (with 36 new cases and 2 reswabs).

The 36 new cases are from the following provinces/cities/municipalities:

The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the PNP organization is 8,075 with 380 active cases and 26 deaths.

DOH reports 1,893 new cases on Saturday. This brings the total to 427,797 cases with 31,402 active.

100 NEW COVID-19 CASES, ONE (1) DEATH AND 67 RECOVERIES RECORDED YESTERDAY
 
As of 7PM Saturday, November 28, 2020, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 8,689, total recoveries at 7,938 (91.36%), and total deaths at 89 (1.02%). This brings the total active cases to 662 (7.62%).

A total of 100 new cases were recorded out of 1,031 laboratory samples tested in two (2) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC and DWHVL.

The EVRCTC has released a total of 737 laboratory results. Of these, 648 are negative and 89 are positive for COVID-19 (with 88 new cases and 1 reswab).

Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 294 laboratory results. Of these, 280 are negative and 14 are positive for COVID-19 (with 12 new cases and 2 reswabs).

PHILIPPINE COVID-19 UPDATES FOR NOVEMBER 27, 2020

27 November 2020

The DFA reports an increase in the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases, with 73 new cases in Asia and the Pacific and Europe. Meanwhile, 2 new fatalities and 1 new recovery were recorded in Asia and the Pacific and the Middle East. 

The reported increase is due to belated reports owing to privacy concerns in one country in Europe. 

The DFA personnel in our Foreign Service Posts remain steadfast in partnering with local health authorities and agencies to ensure Filipinos'  awareness of and adherence to preventive measures against the COVID-19 pandemic, and commit to tirelessly attending to the needs of our people affected by this pandemic, whenever possible.

After three straight days of less than 1,500 cases, DOH reports 1,631 new cases today.

This is now the 18th consecutive day of less than 2,000 daily cases, raising the the total to 425,918 cases with 30,047 active.

Noong Biyernes 4 PM, Nobyembre 27, 2020, ang Department of Health ay nakapagtala ng 1,631 na karagdagang kaso ng COVID-19. Samantala ay mayroon namang naitalang 370 na gumaling at 46 na pumanaw.

72 NEW COVID-19 CASES AND 47 RECOVERIES RECORDED ON FRIDAY
 

As of 7PM Friday, November 27, 2020, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 8,590, total recoveries at 7,871 (91.63%), and total deaths at 88 (1.02%). This brings the total active cases to 631 (7.35%).

A total of 72 new cases were recorded out of 577 laboratory samples tested in two (2) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC and DWHVL.

The EVRCTC has released a total of 387 laboratory results. Of these, 329 are negative and 58 are positive for COVID-19 (with 57 new cases and 1 reswab).

Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 190 laboratory results. Of these, 175 are negative and 15 are positive for COVID-19.

68 NEW COVID-19 CASES, TWO (2) DEATHS AND 79 RECOVERIES RECORDED TODAY
 
As of 7PM today, November 26, 2020, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 8,518, total recoveries at 7,824 (91.85%), and total deaths at 88 (1.03%). This brings the total active cases to 606 (7.11%).

A total of 68 new cases were recorded out of 601 laboratory samples tested in two (2) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC and DWHVL.

The EVRCTC has released a total of 344 laboratory results. Of these, 295 are negative and 49 are positive for COVID-19.

Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 257 laboratory results. Of these, 237 are negative and 20 are positive for COVID-19 (with 19 new cases and 1 reswab).
