TOP STORY| DOH CoViD-19 Bulletin For July 6, 2020

Manila, Philippines - The Department of Health has recently released their latest bulletin on the CoViD-19 situation for the Philippines.

As of 4PM on Monday, July 06, 2020, the Department of Health reports the total number of COVID-19 cases at 46, 333.

In addition to the 1,258 fresh cases, 841  late cases were also reported today, the second highest case count in a single day. Today's fresh cases are based on the daily accomplishment reports submitted by only 56 out of 73 current operational labs, it said.

DOH likewise announces 243 recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 12,185, it added

Of the 6 reported deaths, 5 (83%) occurred in June. Twenty (20) duplicates were removed from total case count. The total cases reported may be subject to change as these numbers undergo constant cleaning and validation, the health agency said in a report.
