Tropical Depression #OnyokPH (L marked) is moving closer to the Philippines. It is expected to remain offshore but its southern band (trough) (Circled in Yellow) will start to bring cloudy skies and possibly light rains and thunderstorms in #EasternVisayas, particularly #Samar and #Leyte.
But in the most part, the storm inself will RECURVE towards #Japan as a Typhoon.
