Today, the DFA reports 3 new COVID-19 cases, 2 new fatalities, and no new recovery among Filipinos abroad. Meanwhile, 14 new cases in Asia and the Pacific and Middle East and Africa have been verified by the DOH IHR.
To date, the total number of countries and territories with confirmed cases among Filipinos abroad remains at 85.
The DFA, together with its Foreign Service Posts, continues to partner with host governments to ensure the safety and well-being of our nationals abroad amidst the pandemic.

Today, the DFA reports 53 new COVID-19 cases and 35 new recoveries in Asia and the Pacific and Europe. Meanwhile, no new COVID-19 fatality was reported.
To date, the Middle East and Africa remains to be the region with the most number of confirmed COVID-19 cases, recoveries, under treatment, and fatalities among our nationals. The Americas continue to record the least numbers in all categories compared to other geographic regions, except in the total number of deaths wherein Asia and the Pacific ranks lowest with a total of only 21.

Figures today show 25 new COVID-19 cases, 10 new recoveries, and 2 new fatalities among Filipinos abroad. This brings the total number of COVID-19 cases and recoveries among our nationals abroad to 14,041 and 8,964, respectively.
The DFA, together with its Foreign Service Posts, remains fully committed to monitoring and assisting our nationals abroad amid the pandemic.

The DFA received reports confirming 348 new COVID-19 cases and 88 new recoveries among Filipinos abroad. Meanwhile, no new fatality was recorded. The reported spike is due to increase in cases in Europe as well as late reports owing to privacy concerns in the Middle East and Africa.
The DFA shall continue to keep track of the status of overseas Filipinos, and facilitate repatriations, whenever possible.

Today, the DFA received reports confirming 6 new COVID-19 cases, no new recovery, and no new fatality among Filipinos abroad. To date, the total number of countries and territories with confirmed cases among Filipinos is now at 86, following a report received yesterday from a country in the Americas.
The DFA personnel in our Foreign Service Posts remain steadfast in partnering with local health authorities and commit to tirelessly attending to the needs of our people, whenever possible.

Today, the DFA received reports of 9 new COVID-19 cases and 3 new recoveries in Asia and the Pacific and Europe. Meanwhile, no new fatality was recorded.
Compared to last week’s percentages, the total number of COVID-19 fatalities and recoveries saw a slight decrease to 6.62% and 62.87%, respectively. Meanwhile, those under treatment increased to 30.51%.

PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE
UPDATE: As of 6:00PM of February 01, 2021 the PNP Health Service recorded 34 new recoveries today bringing the total number of personnel who recovered from COVID-19 to 9,576
The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the PNP organization is 10,219 with 614 active cases.
One new death was also recorded by the Health Service bringing the total number of personnel who died from COVID-19 to 29.

As of 10AM today, February 1, 2021, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 14,081, total recoveries at 13,264 (94.20%), and total deaths at 180 (1.28%). This brings the total active cases to 637 (4.52%).
A total of 54 new cases were recorded out of 448 laboratory samples tested in one (1) COVID-19 laboratory in the region, the DWHVL. This represents 12.05% positivity rate.
Of the 448 laboratory results released by the DWHVL, 390 are negative and 58 are positive (with 54 new cases and 4 re-swabs) for COVID-19.

As of 9 AM today, February 2, 2021, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 14,119, total recoveries at 13,316 (94.31%) and total deaths at 181 (1.28%). This brings the total active cases to 622 (4.41%).
A total of 40 new cases were recorded out of 472 laboratory samples tested in the three (3) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC, DWHVL, and the Ormoc Molecular Diagnostic Center.
The EVRCTC has released a total of 266 laboratory results. Of these, 259 are negative and are 7 positive for COVID-19.
Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 136 laboratory results. Of these, 111 are negative and 25 are positive (with 22 new cases and 3 re-swabs) for COVID-19.

As of 9 AM today, February 3, 2021, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 14,253, total recoveries at 13,343 (93.62%) and total deaths at 183 (1.28%). This brings the total active cases to 727 (5.10%).
A total of 134 new cases were recorded out of 1220 laboratory samples tested in the three (3) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC, DWHVL, and the Ormoc Molecular Diagnostic Center.
The EVRCTC has released a total of 881 laboratory results. Of these, 787 are negative and are 94 positive for COVID-19.
Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 301 laboratory results. Of these, 256 are negative and 45 are positive (with 37 new cases and 8 re-swabs) for COVID-19.

As of 11 AM today, February 4, 2021, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 14,308, total recoveries at 13,423 (93.81) and total deaths at 184 (1.29%). This brings the total active cases to 701 (4.90%).
A total of 60 new cases were recorded out of 775 laboratory samples tested in the three (3) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC, DWHVL, and the Ormoc Molecular Diagnostic Center.
The EVRCTC has released a total of 433 laboratory results. Of these, 403 are negative and 30 are positive for COVID-19.

108 NEW COVID-19 CASES AND 63 RECOVERIES RECORDED TODAY
As of 9 AM today, February 6, 2021, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 14,485, total recoveries at 13,520 (93.34%) and total deaths at 186 (1.28%). This brings the total active cases to 779 (5.38%).
A total of 108 new cases were recorded out of 964 laboratory samples tested in the three (3) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC, DWHVL, and the Ormoc Molecular Diagnostic Center.
The EVRCTC has released a total of 605 laboratory results. Of these, 538 are negative and 67 are positive (with 65 new cases and 2 re-swabs)for COVID-19.
Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 327 laboratory results. Of these, 281 are negative and 46 are positive (with 40 new cases and 6 re-swabs) for COVID-19.
The Ormoc Molecular Diagnostic Center has released also a total of 32 laboratory results with 29 negative and 3 positive for COVID-19.

Today, the DFA reports 63 new COVID-19 cases and 15 new recoveries in the Americas, Asia and the Pacific, Europe, and Middle East and Africa. Meanwhile, no new COVID-19 fatality was reported.
To date, the Middle East and Africa remains to be the region with the most number of confirmed COVID-19 cases, recoveries, under treatment, and fatalities among our nationals. The Americas continue to record the least numbers in all categories compared to other geographic regions, except in the total number of deaths wherein Asia and the Pacific ranks lowest with a total of only 21.

As of 10 AM today, February 8, 2021, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 14,593, total recoveries at 13,746 (94.20%) and total deaths at 190 (1.30%). This brings the total active cases to 657 (4.5%).
A total of 60 new cases were recorded out of 410 laboratory samples tested in one (1) of the COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the DWHVL. This represents 14.63% positivity rate.
Of the 410 laboratory results released by the DWHVL, 339 are negative and 71 are positive (with 60 new cases and 11 re-swabs) for COVID-19.

As of 9 AM today, February 9, 2021, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 14,620, total recoveries at 13,860 (94.80%) and total deaths at 192 (1.31%). This brings the total active cases to 568 (3.89%).
A total of 29 new cases were recorded out of 435 laboratory samples tested in the three (3) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC, DWHVL, and the Ormoc Molecular Diagnostic Center. This represents 6.67% positivity rate.

65 NEW COVID-19 CASES, THREE (3) DEATHS, AND 107 RECOVERIES RECORDED TODAY
As of 9 AM today, February 10, 2021, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 14,684, total recoveries at 13,967 (95.12%) and total deaths at 195 (1.33%). This brings the total active cases to 521 (3.55%).
A total of 65 new cases were recorded out of 759 laboratory samples tested in the three (3) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC, DWHVL, and the Ormoc Molecular Diagnostic Center. This represents 8.59 % positivity rate.
The EVRCTC has released a total of 550 laboratory results. Of these, 502 are negative and 48 are positive for COVID-19.
Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 107 laboratory results. Of these, 93 are negative and 14 are positive (with 11 new cases and 3 re-swabs) for COVID-19.
The Ormoc Molecular Diagnostic Center has released also a total of 100 laboratory results with 94 negative and 6 positive for COVID-19.

70 NEW COVID-19 CASES, THREE (3) DEATHS, AND 36 RECOVERIES RECORDED TODAY
As of 8 AM today, February 11, 2021, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 14,753, total recoveries at 14,003 (94.92%) and total deaths at 198 (1.34%). This brings the total active cases to 552 (3.74%).
A total of 70 new cases were recorded out of 1,005 laboratory samples tested in the three (3) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC, DWHVL, and the Ormoc Molecular Diagnostic Center. This represents 6.97 % positivity rate.
The EVRCTC has released a total of 404 laboratory results. Of these, 381 are negative and 23 are positive for COVID-19.
Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 429 laboratory results. Of these, 390 are negative and 39 are positive (with 34 new cases and 5 re-swabs) for COVID-19.
The Ormoc Molecular Diagnostic Center has released also a total of 172 laboratory results with 159 negative and 13 positive for COVID-19.

55 NEW COVID-19 CASES, ONE (1) DEATH, AND 78 RECOVERIES RECORDED TODAY
As of 8 AM today, February 12, 2021, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 14,804, total recoveries at 14,081 (95.12%) and total deaths at 199 (1.34%). This brings the total active cases to 524 (3.54%).
A total of 55 new cases were recorded out of 919 laboratory samples tested in the three (3) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC, DWHVL, and the Ormoc Molecular Diagnostic Center. This represents 5.98 % positivity rate.
The EVRCTC has released a total of 395 laboratory results. Of these, 369 are negative and 26 are positive for COVID-19.
Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 412 laboratory results. Of these, 383 are negative and 29 are positive (with 22 new cases and 7 re-swabs) for COVID-19.
The Ormoc Molecular Diagnostic Center has released also a total of 112 laboratory results with 105 negative and 7 positive for COVID-19.

As of 8 AM today, February 13, 2021, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 14,849, total recoveries at 14,121 (95.10%) and total deaths at 199 (1.34%). This brings the total active cases to 529 (3.56%).
A total of 45 new cases were recorded out of 794 laboratory samples tested in the two (2) COVID-19 laboratories in the region, the EVRCTC and the DWHVL. This represents 5.67 % positivity rate.
The EVRCTC has released a total of 446 laboratory results. Of these, 410 are negative and 36 are positive (with 33 new cases and 3 re-swabs) for COVID-19.
Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 348 laboratory results. Of these, 319 are negative and 29 are positive (with 12 new cases and 17 re-swabs) for COVID-19.

To date, the total number of confirmed cases is at 14,658; total fatalities at 979; total recoveries at 9,220; and total DOH IHR verified cases at 3,608.

UPDATE: As of 6:00PM of February 14, 2021 the PNP Health Service recorded 122 new recoveries today bringing the total number of personnel who recovered from COVID-19 to 10,270
The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the PNP organization is 10,782 with 481 active cases.
One new death was also recorded by the Health Service bringing the total number of personnel who died from COVID-19 to 31.

Today, the DFA received a lone report confirming one new COVID-19 case among Filipinos in Asia and the Pacific.
To date, the Middle East and Africa remains to be the region with the most number of confirmed COVID-19 cases, recoveries, under treatment, and fatalities among our nationals. The Americas continue to record the least numbers in all categories compared to other geographic regions, except in the total number of deaths wherein Asia and the Pacific ranks lowest with a total of only 21.

The DFA received reports confirming 80 new COVID-19 cases, 35 new recoveries, and 9 new fatalities among Filipinos abroad. The reported spike is due to increase in cases in a country in Europe.
To date, the total number of countries and territories with confirmed cases among Filipinos abroad is now at 87, following new reports received from a country in the Middle East and Africa.

- The Canadian province of Ontario reports its first case of the South African variant in the Peel Region.[1]
- Malaysia has reported 4,214 new cases, bringing the total number to 219,173. There are 4,280 recoveries, bringing the total number of recovered to 170,329. There are ten deaths, bringing the death toll to 770. There are 48,074 active cases, with 316 in intensive care and 137 on ventilator support.[2]
- New Zealand has reported no new cases, with the total number dropping to 2,303 (1,947 confirmed and 356 probable). One person has recovered, bringing the total number of recovered to 2,209. The death toll remains 25. There are 69 active cases, with 67 in managed isolation and two in the community.[3]
- Singapore has reported 29 new imported cases, bringing the total to 59,565.[4] 43 have been discharged, bringing the total number of recoveries to 59,271. The death toll remains at 29.[5]
- Ukraine has reported 2,030 new daily cases and 61 new daily deaths, bringing the total number to 1,221,485 and 22,768 respectively; a total of 1,023,915 patients have recovered.[6]

Singapore has reported 11 new cases including one residing in a dormitory and ten imported, bringing the total to 59,936.[143] Seven people have recovered, bringing the total number of recoveries to 59,823. The death toll remains at 29.[144]
Ukraine has reported 5,833 new daily cases and 89 new daily deaths, bringing the total number to 1,347,849 and 25,982 respectively; a total of 1,170,023 patients have recovered.[145]
