TOP STORY| CoViD-19 Updates For July 4, 2020 By DOH, DFA and Cebu City Health Department

Manila, Philippines - The Department of Foreign Affairs and the Department of Health had released their latest CoViD-19 tallies for July 4, 2020 valid until July 5, 2020, Sunday.

DFA COVID-19 Report:
The Department of Foreign Affairs said on Saturday, July 4, that had recently recorded only 2 new confirmed CoViD-19 cases and 37 new CoViD-19 recoveries. Two fatalities were also reported.

The agency said that the total number of CoronaVirus Cases among Filipino nationals abroad are 8,628.

The total number of fatalities has reached 563, while the total number of recoveries from the disease ia at 5,200. Active Cases are at 2,866, the DFA said.

DOH COVID-19 Report:

🌐1,494 ADDITIONAL COVID-19 CASES IN A SINGLE DAY, THE SECOND HIGHEST ON RECORD FOR THE PHILIPPINES!

🌐380 NEW RECOVERIES, THE SECOND HIGHEST SINGLE DAY INCREASE! 
The Department of Health had reported 1,494 cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, July 4, 2020, the second highest single day increase for the country since the pandemic began, bringing the total number of cases in the Philippines to 41,830. 
Of the 1,494 additional cases, 1,091 were from late confirmed cases while 403 were from “fresh cases” that were released within the last three days.
The DOH also recorded 380 new recoveries, the second highest recovery report in a single day, bringing the total number of recoveries in the Philippines at 11,453.

10 deaths were also reported, bringing the total number of fatalities related to CoViD-19 at 1,290.

As of 4PM today, July 04, 2020, the Department of Health reports the total number of COVID-19 cases at 41,830.

In addition to the 403 fresh cases,1091 late cases were also reported today. Today's fresh cases are based on the daily accomplishment reports submitted by only 60 out of 73 current operational labs.

DOH likewise announces 380 recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 11,453.
Note:
Of the 10 reported deaths, 8 (80%) occurred in June. The total cases reported may be subject to change as these numbers undergo constant cleaning and validation.

The Cebu City health department has released their CoViD-19 tally for the City for July 4, 2020. Data valid until July 5, 202p 5PM.

As of July 4, 2020, the city records NINETY-SIX (96) new recoveries with NINE (9) new deaths. A total of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN (167) new confirmed cases.

TOP STORY| CoViD-19 Updates For July 3, 2020 (Valid Until 4PM, July 4)

Manila, Philippines - The Department of Foreign Affairs and the Department of Health had released their CoViD-19 updates for the Philippines and in Abroad.

DFA CoViD-19 Update.

The Department of Foreign Affairs has reported 13 new COVID-19 infections among Filipinos nationals in abroad, 15 new recoveries have also been reported and no additional fatality was recorded. 

Infected Filipinos in abroad is now now at 8,627 with 5,163 total number of recoveries and 561 fatalities.

🌐COVID-19 CASES IN THE PHILIPPINES JUST BREACHED THE 40,000 MARK.

🌐400 NEW RECOVERIES ARE BEING REPORTED, THE HIGHEST IN A SINGLE DAY

🌐RECOVERIES IN THE PHILIPPINES BREACHED THE 11,000 MARK

The Department of Health has reported 1,531 additional cases of COVID-19 on Friday, July 3, 2020, the highest rise of cases reported in a single day and brings the total number of cases in the Philippines to 40,336.  

Of the 1,531 additional cases, 843 were considered late cases which have been reported in more than 4 days while 688 were from fresh cases that were released within the last three days.

The Department of Health also reported about 400 new recoveries, the highest number of reported recoveries in a single day to date bringing the total number of recoveries at 11,073.

6 New fatalities have been reported.

TOP STORY| DOH CoViD-19 Bulletin For July 2, 2020

Manila, Philippines - The Department of Health has released their daily tally on CoViD-1i for the Philippines.

The Department of Health has recorded 52 feesh cases and 242 late cases on Thursday, July 2, 2020 adding to the total number of CoViD-19 cases in the Philippines at 38,805.

The number of deaths reported today is at 4 adding to the number of fatalities now at 1,274.

The recoveries reported today is are 235 adding to the total number of recoveries at 10,673

As of 4PM on Thursday, July 02, 2020, the Department of Health reports the total number of COVID-19 cases at 38,805.

In addition to the 52 fresh cases, 242 late cases were also reported today. Today's fresh cases are based on the daily accomplishment reports submitted by only 51 out of 72 current operational labs.

DOH likewise announces 235 recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 10,673.
Note:
All deaths occurred in June. The decrease in additional cases reported may be due to the change in data extraction time.

TOP STORY| DFA CoViD-19 Update for July 2, 2020

Manila, Philippines - The Department of Foreign Affairs had released their tally on CoronaVirus infections among Filipino nationals who are in abroad.
COVID-19 cases among Filipino nationals who are in abroad has reached 8,614, according to the latest tally from the DFA. Recoveries has risen to 5,148 with 17 new reported on Thursday, while the death toll is now at 561 with seven new fatalities.

As of 4PM on Wednesday, July 01, 2020, the Department of Health reports the total number of COVID-19 cases at 38,511.
In addition to the 595 fresh cases, 404 late cases were also reported today. Today's fresh cases are based on the daily accomplishment reports submitted by only 51 out of 67 current operational labs.
DOH likewise announces 205 recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 10,438.

Note:
Of the 4 reported deaths, 3 (75%) occurred in June. Two duplicates were also removed from total case count. The total cases reported may be subject to change as these numbers undergo constant cleaning and validation.
